Hot Tub Removal in the Treasure Valley

Got an old hot tub sitting dead in the backyard? We'll get it out. We cut it down, carry it out and haul it away, and we recycle what we can along the way. Send us a few photos and we'll give you a fixed written price before we start.

Before we show up

We remove hot tubs that are ready to go. Before our crew arrives, the power needs to be off and disconnected by the owner or an electrician (we don't do electrical work), and the tub needs to be drained so it's empty when we get there. If you're not sure your tub is ready, send us a photo and we'll tell you.

How we get it out

Most tubs won't fit through a side gate in one piece, so we cut the tub into sections right where it sits, carry the pieces out, load them on our trailer, and sweep up when we're done.

Decks, patios and tight spots

Tubs sit in all kinds of places: on a raised deck, on a concrete pad, tucked behind a fence or down a narrow side yard. Tell us about stairs, gates and how far we'll have to carry it. Photos of the path from the tub to the street help us price it right the first time.

Where it goes

Before anything heads to disposal, we pull out what can be recycled. Metal parts like the frame, pump and motor go to scrap metal recycling. The rest typically goes to the Ada County Landfill off Seaman's Gulch Road.

FAQ

Do you disconnect the power?

No. The owner or a licensed electrician needs to shut off and disconnect the power before we arrive. We only remove tubs that are already disconnected.

Do I need to drain it first?

Yes. Please drain it ahead of time. An empty tub is much safer and quicker to cut up and move.

How much does hot tub removal cost?

Most hot tubs are priced from photos, using our load pricing above. You'll get a fixed written price before we start.

Can you get a tub off a raised deck or out of a fenced backyard?

Usually, yes. We cut the tub into pieces so it fits through gates and down stairs. Send photos of the tub and the path out so we can plan it.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. If the tub is ready and we can get to it, you don't have to be there, as long as the job is prepaid or arranged ahead of time.
