Privacy Policy

All-Ridge LLC d/b/a All-Ridge Hauling
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Last updated: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how All-Ridge LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as All-Ridge Hauling ("All-Ridge Hauling," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit all-ridge.com (the "Site"), request an estimate, contact us, or use our junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services in the Treasure Valley and Ada County, Idaho area.

If you have questions, contact us using the details in Section 16 ("Contact Us").

1. Scope

This policy covers:

  • The Site (all-ridge.com) and its quote, contact, and estimate forms

  • Phone calls, text messages, and emails between you and us

  • Records we keep about estimates and jobs for residential and commercial customers

This policy does not cover third-party websites or services we link to or that you use separately, such as our payment processor's checkout pages, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or online review sites. Those services have their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you fill out a form, call, text, or email us, we may collect:

  • Contact details — Name, phone number, email address

  • Service location — Street address of the job site and access details (gate codes, parking, stairs)

  • Job details — Description of items to remove, approximate volume, timing, preferred contact method and times

  • Commercial details (business customers) — Company name, your role (for example, property manager), billing contact

  • Photos and videos — Images or video you upload or send so we can estimate the job (see Section 2.2)

  • Communications — The content of your messages, emails, texts, and our notes from calls

  • Consent records — Whether you checked the optional marketing text box, the date and time, the page, and the consent wording shown to you

  • Payment and billing records — Invoice amounts, payment status, and transaction references. We do not receive or store your full card number. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, which processes your payment information under its own privacy policy (see Section 4).

Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license or ID numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers through our forms, by email, or by text. We do not need them to provide an estimate.

2.2 Photos and videos you upload

Photos and videos help us give a more accurate estimate. Please be aware that:

  • They may show the inside or outside of your home or business, other people, vehicles and license plates, mail, documents, or other personal items. Please avoid capturing other people, documents, or sensitive information, and only upload images you have the right to share.

  • Image and video files can contain hidden metadata (EXIF), such as the date and time taken, device model, and GPS location. We do not intentionally use this metadata, but it may remain in the file when we receive it. You can turn off location tagging in your phone's camera settings or remove metadata before uploading.

We use uploaded photos and videos to evaluate, quote, schedule, and perform your job, and to document job conditions. We will not use your photos or videos in our advertising, on our website, or on social media without your permission. See our Terms of Use for details.

2.3 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically by our website host and the tools described in Section 3:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it (such as city or region)

  • Browser type, device type, operating system, and screen size

  • Pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, the website that referred you, and date and time of your visit

  • Signals used to tell people from automated bots (see Cloudflare Turnstile, Section 3)

  • If you accept advertising or analytics cookies: cookie identifiers and information about how you interact with the Site, including form starts or submissions as "events" (see Section 3)

Our forms may also include hidden anti-spam fields that help block automated submissions. These fields do not collect personal information from people.

2.4 Information from others

We may receive information about you from:

  • A person who books a job on your behalf (for example, a family member, landlord, property manager, or real estate agent)

  • Advertising and analytics partners (Meta and Google), in the form of aggregated reports about ad performance and Site use

  • Review sites or social media platforms, if you interact with us there

3. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Consent

3.1 What we use

  • Website hosting and built-in analytics — Framer B.V. ("Framer"); Purpose: Delivers the Site and gives us aggregated, cookieless visitor statistics; Uses cookies?: No (per Framer, its built-in analytics are cookieless); When it runs: Always, as part of operating the Site

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — Cloudflare, Inc.; Purpose: Protects our forms from spam and bots by checking technical signals from your browser; Uses cookies?: No, in its standard mode; When it runs: When you load or submit a form

  • CookieYes consent banner — CookieYes Limited; Purpose: Shows the cookie banner, records your choices, and blocks or allows non-essential tools based on your choices; Uses cookies?: Yes, a cookie that remembers your consent choices; When it runs: Always (needed to remember your choice)

  • Google Analytics — Google LLC; Purpose: Measures how visitors use the Site (pages visited, traffic sources, form events) so we can improve it; Uses cookies?: Yes (analytics cookies); When it runs: Only after you accept analytics cookies in the CookieYes banner

  • Google Ads (conversion tracking and remarketing) — Google LLC; Purpose: Measures whether Site visits lead to estimate requests or other actions after someone clicks our Google ads, and can show our ads to people who visited the Site (remarketing); Uses cookies?: Yes (advertising cookies); When it runs: Only after you accept advertising cookies in the CookieYes banner

  • Meta Pixel — Meta Platforms, Inc.; Purpose: Measures the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads, and lets us show ads to people who visited our Site (advertising and retargeting); Uses cookies?: Yes (advertising cookies); When it runs: Only after you accept advertising cookies in the CookieYes banner

3.2 How consent works on our Site

We use CookieYes to manage cookies. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies by category (for example, analytics and advertising). We configure CookieYes so that Google Analytics (analytics category) and Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (advertising category) do not load until you give consent for their category, to the extent CookieYes supports this. Strictly necessary tools (hosting, security such as Cloudflare Turnstile, and the CookieYes consent cookie itself) run without consent because the Site cannot work properly or securely without them.

You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of the Site. Changing your choice affects future data collection; it does not delete data already collected. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not work as expected.

3.3 What advertising and analytics partners receive

If you consent, Meta and Google may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, the pages you visit on our Site, and actions you take (for example, starting or submitting a quote form). They may combine this with other information they hold about you, for example if you are logged in to Facebook, Instagram, or a Google account, and use it under their own privacy policies, including for analytics and to measure conversions, remarketing, and target advertising. We receive aggregated reports, not your personal browsing history on other sites.

  • Meta Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

  • Meta ad preferences: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences

  • Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

  • Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

  • Industry opt-out tools: https://optout.aboutads.info and https://youradchoices.com

3.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT, and our Site does not currently change its behavior in response to DNT signals. Instead, we rely on the CookieYes banner: advertising and analytics cookies, including those from Meta and Google that can track activity across different websites over time, are used on our Site only if you accept them. If you reject or do not accept them, those third-party tools should not load on our Site.

Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Our Site does not currently change its cookie behavior in response to GPC. Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer (or Reject on the banner) to control analytics and advertising cookies.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell, rent, or trade our leads or customer lists to anyone.

We share information only as described below.

4.1 Service providers that help us run the business

  • Framer — Hosts the Site and provides cookieless site analytics; Information involved: Technical data from your visit; form data as it passes through the Site

  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — Bot and spam protection on forms; Information involved: Technical browser and device signals. See https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/

  • Google (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Gmail, Google Drive) — Receives and stores form submissions; lead and job tracking; email notifications and email with customers at all.ridgeco@gmail.com; Information involved: Everything you submit on our forms, including photos/videos or links to them, plus our email correspondence

  • Payment processor — Sends invoices and processes payments on its own secure pages; Information involved: Name, contact details, invoice details, and payment information you enter on the processor's pages. The processor's own privacy policy applies.

  • Bookkeeping software provider — Bookkeeping and accounting; Information involved: Customer name, billing address, invoice and payment records

  • Text messaging provider — Business text messages sent and received at our phone number; Information involved: Phone number, message content, and consent and opt-out records

  • CookieYes — Cookie consent management; Information involved: Consent choices and limited technical data

These providers process information to perform services for us. Some (for example, our payment processor, Meta, and Google) also process certain information under their own privacy policies as independent businesses.

4.2 Advertising and analytics partners (only with your cookie consent)

If you accept the relevant cookies, Meta (Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) receive the information described in Section 3.3, including for conversion measurement and remarketing.

4.3 People involved in your job

  • Our crew members and helpers who perform your job

  • Disposal facilities, recycling centers, and donation organizations, only to the extent needed (for example, job-site location or item descriptions, not your contact details unless needed)

  • A person who booked or is paying for the job on your behalf, such as a property manager or family member, regarding that job

4.4 Legal, safety, and business transfers

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, crew, the public, or All-Ridge Hauling; to investigate fraud or abuse; or to collect amounts owed. If All-Ridge LLC is involved in a merger, sale of assets, or reorganization, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and this policy (or a policy at least as protective) will continue to apply to it.

4.5 With your permission

We may share information for other purposes if you ask us to or agree to it.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to your questions and estimate requests

  • Prepare estimates, schedule and perform jobs, and send job updates

  • Send invoices, process payments through our third-party payment processor, and keep accounting records

  • Document job conditions before and after service

  • Provide customer service and handle complaints, damage claims, or disputes

  • Protect the Site and our forms from spam, bots, and fraud

  • Understand how the Site is used and improve it (with your consent for Google Analytics)

  • Measure and improve our advertising, including ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram (with your consent for Google Ads and the Meta Pixel)

  • Send promotional texts only if you opted in (see Section 6), and promotional emails with an unsubscribe option

  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and enforce our Terms of Use

6. Text Messages (SMS) and Phone Calls

6.1 Messages about your request or job

When you give us your phone number on a form or by contacting us, you agree that All-Ridge Hauling may call or text you at that number about your request, for example to confirm details, send or discuss your estimate, schedule your job, send arrival notices, and follow up on your service or invoice. These are transactional messages, not marketing.

6.2 Optional marketing texts

Our forms may include a separate, optional, unchecked box to receive promotional texts (for example, seasonal specials or reminders). If you check it, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from All-Ridge Hauling at the number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

6.3 Program details

  • Program name: All-Ridge Hauling

  • Message frequency: varies

  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan

  • To stop: reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT) to any message. You may also tell us by email or phone. We will send one message confirming your opt-out and will honor your request promptly, and within the time required by law. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional texts about an active job unless you ask us to stop those too, in which case we will contact you another way.

  • For help: reply HELP, email all.ridgeco@gmail.com, or call (208) 807-3282

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.4 Mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our text-messaging provider) that help us deliver messages to you. This does not apply to information shared as required by law.

6.5 Calls

We may make or receive calls from a business phone line about your request or job.

7. Email

If we send promotional emails, each one will identify All-Ridge Hauling as the sender, include our mailing address, and include a way to unsubscribe. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send emails about an estimate, job, or invoice.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy:

  • Estimate requests that do not become jobs (including uploaded photos and videos): kept permanently (or as long as needed for our business and legal purposes)

  • Customer job, invoice, and payment records: kept permanently (or as long as needed for tax, accounting, warranty, and dispute purposes)

  • SMS and marketing consent and opt-out records: kept permanently (or as long as needed while we message you and afterward to show compliance)

  • Spam and bot submissions: deleted promptly

  • Analytics and advertising data held by Google and Meta: kept under their own retention settings

We may keep information longer if required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.

9. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, such as:

  • Encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site

  • 2-step verification on our Google account

  • Limiting access to lead and customer records to people who need it

  • Not sharing our lead spreadsheet or photo folders by public link

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your Choices and Requests

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Delete your information (including photos and videos you sent), subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes

  • Stop marketing texts or emails

To make a request, email all.ridgeco@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or write to us at the address in Section 16. We may need to verify your identity, for example by confirming the phone number or email you used with us. We aim to respond within 30 days.

You can also control cookies through the Cookie Settings link in the footer and through your browser.

State privacy rights. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws. Based on our size and how we handle information, those comprehensive state laws may not apply to us, but we honor reasonable access, correction, and deletion requests from any customer or visitor as described above. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. Our forms are for people 18 years of age or older who are arranging service. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us at all.ridgeco@gmail.com.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as our payment processor's invoice and checkout pages, Google Maps, social media pages, and review sites. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their practices.

13. Where Information Is Processed

We are based in Idaho, and our service providers store and process information in the United States and possibly other countries. Our services are intended for customers in the Treasure Valley and Ada County, Idaho area.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make a material change, we will also post a notice on the Site or contact you directly where appropriate. We will ask for your consent before using personal information we already have in a materially different way than described when we collected it.

15. Related Terms

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use. Hauling and cleanout work is governed by your accepted estimate, job agreement, and/or invoice terms.

  • Meta Pixel — Meta Platforms, Inc.; Purpose: Measures the effectiveness of our Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta product ads, and allows us to show ads to people who visited our Site (advertising and retargeting); Uses cookies?: Yes (advertising cookies); When it runs: Only after you accept advertising cookies in the CookieYes banner

  • Send promotional texts only if you opted in (see Section 6), and promotional emails with an unsubscribe option

  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and enforce our Terms of Use

6. Text Messages (SMS) and Phone Calls

6.5 Calls
