These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of all-ridge.com (the "Site"), operated by All-Ridge LLC, an Idaho limited liability company doing business as All-Ridge Hauling ("All-Ridge Hauling," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What These Terms Cover (and What They Don't)
These Terms cover use of the Site, including browsing, submitting estimate or contact requests, and uploading photos or videos.
The hauling, junk removal, or cleanout work itself is governed by a separate agreement: the estimate you accept, any job agreement or work order, and/or the terms on your estimate or invoice (together, the "Job Agreement"). If these Terms conflict with your Job Agreement about the service, the Job Agreement controls.
2. Who Can Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or request service. If you submit a request for a business, landlord, property manager, or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on their behalf.
3. Our Services and Service Area
We provide junk removal, cleanouts, and hauling for residential and commercial customers in the Treasure Valley and Ada County, Idaho area. We may serve nearby areas on request. Service descriptions on the Site are general information. We may decline or reschedule any job, for example because of location, safety, item type, or availability.
4. Estimates Are Not Binding Contracts
Any price, range, or quote given through the Site, by phone, by text, by email, or based on photos or videos is an estimate only. An estimate is not a binding contract and does not obligate you or us to anything until it is accepted as described in your Job Agreement (for example, by signing, approving a written estimate, or confirming on-site before work begins).
Final pricing depends on what is actually there, such as volume, weight, item types, access (stairs, distance, parking), labor, and disposal fees. If the job is different from what was described or shown, we will tell you the updated price before we start loading, and you may decline.
Submitting a form does not book a job. A job is booked only when we confirm it with you.
5. Information You Submit
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including the service address and any details about the property or items. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license or ID numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card numbers through the Site. Payments are made through a third-party payment processor, not through Site forms.

6. Photos and Videos You Upload
You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload or send us ("Uploads").
License for estimating and operations. You give All-Ridge Hauling a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, view, and share Uploads with our crew and service providers only as needed to evaluate, quote, schedule, perform, document, and bill your job, to handle questions or disputes about it, and to keep business records.
Marketing use only with your permission. We will not use your Uploads in advertising, on our website, or on social media (for example, "before and after" posts) unless you give us separate permission. If you give permission, you can withdraw it later for future use by contacting us, and we will remove the content from our website and our own social media accounts within a reasonable time (we cannot recall copies others have already shared).
Your responsibilities. Please only upload content you have the right to share. Avoid capturing other people (especially without their consent), mail, documents, screens, or other sensitive information. Uploads can contain hidden location data (EXIF); see our Privacy Policy.
We may decline, delete, or not review any Upload, for example if it is unrelated, inappropriate, or unlawful.
7. Text Messages and Calls
By providing your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request and your job (estimates, scheduling, arrival notices, service and invoice follow-up).
Marketing texts are sent only if you opt in using the separate optional checkbox on our forms; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
See Section 6 of our Privacy Policy for full details. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing.
8. Reviews and Feedback
You are free to post honest reviews about us anywhere, including negative ones. Nothing in these Terms or any Job Agreement restricts your right to share an honest review, imposes any penalty or fee for a review, or gives us ownership of your review.
If you leave a review or testimonial about All-Ridge Hauling on a platform where we accept reviews (for example Google, Facebook, or Instagram), send us a review by email or text, or otherwise provide a testimonial, you grant All-Ridge LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that review or testimonial—including your first name, initials, or business name as you showed it—on websites and apps we operate or control (including all-ridge.com), and in our advertising.
We may shorten or format a review for length or clarity, but we will not change its meaning.
You may email all.ridgeco@gmail.com to ask us to remove a review we posted on our own sites; we will honor reasonable requests when we can.
Third-party platforms (such as Google or Facebook) remain governed by their own terms.
If we display reviews on our Site, we will not present selected reviews as if they were all of the reviews we received. We may decline to display content on our own Site for lawful reasons such as content that is unlawful, harassing, or abusive, that contains someone's private information, or that is unrelated to our services.
If you send us suggestions about the Site or our services (not reviews), we may use them to improve our business without owing you anything.
9. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
Submit false, fraudulent, or spam requests, or requests in someone else's name without permission
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools, or try to bypass Cloudflare Turnstile or other security measures
Upload malware or interfere with the Site's operation or security
Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights or privacy
Copy or use the Site to build a competing service or harvest contact information
Use the Site in violation of any law
We may block access, delete submissions, or refuse service if we believe these Terms have been violated.
10. Our Content and Brand
The Site's text, design, logos, photos we created, and the "All-Ridge Hauling" name and marks belong to All-Ridge LLC or its licensors. You may view and print Site pages for your personal or internal business use in connection with our services. You may not copy, modify, or reuse Site content or our brand for other purposes without our written permission.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site uses or links to third-party services, including Framer (website hosting), Cloudflare (bot protection), Google (forms processing, email, analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), CookieYes (cookie consent), and a third-party payment processor (invoices and payments). Your use of those services, including paying on the payment processor's page, is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
12. Site Disclaimer
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful code, or that every piece of information on it is complete or current. Prices, availability, and service descriptions on the Site may change. Any warranty or guarantee about our hauling or cleanout services comes only from your Job Agreement, not from these Terms. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the Idaho Consumer Protection Act or other laws that cannot be waived.
13. Limitation of Liability (Site Use)
To the extent permitted by law, All-Ridge Hauling will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section applies to use of the Site only; liability related to the service work is addressed in your Job Agreement. This section does not limit liability for our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for, and to reimburse All-Ridge Hauling for, reasonable losses and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, Uploads you did not have the right to share, or information you submit that you knew was false.
15. Governing Law and Where Disputes Are Resolved
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court in Idaho.
Nothing in these Terms shortens the time you have to bring a claim under Idaho law, requires you to resolve a dispute outside Idaho, or prevents you from bringing a claim in an Idaho court as permitted by Idaho law.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them on this page with a new "Last updated" date and apply only to use of the Site after that date. Changes do not alter the terms of a Job Agreement you already accepted.
17. Other Terms
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the unenforceable part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
No waiver: Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement (Site use): These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the Site. Service work is governed by your Job Agreement.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business.
