Commercial
Building doesn't slow down much around here. Meridian, Kuna, Star and Middleton keep adding subdivisions. Older houses in Boise, Nampa and Caldwell keep getting remodeled. All of it leaves a pile: drywall scraps, lumber, flooring, cabinets, cardboard and tear-out. This is what we tell builders, remodelers and property managers about getting it hauled.
Quick answer
We haul normal, non-hazardous construction and demo debris from job sites across the valley.
Commercial and contractor jobs are priced per load. Ask for a written estimate.
We invoice you after the job with an online invoice. We accept cash, check, ACH bank transfer, and major cards, and the price is the same however you pay.
Every job gets a written estimate before we start.
Dumpster, trailer, or haul-away
Most crews use one of three options.
Option | Best for | Who loads it |
|---|---|---|
Roll-off dumpster | Long jobs with steady debris | Your crew |
Your own trailer | Small loads, trailer on hand | Your crew |
Haul-away (us) | Remodels, finish work, punch lists | Our crew |
Dumpster: it sits on site for days or weeks and may need a permit or HOA sign-off. You pay for the container rental, and the hauler picks it up when it's full.
Your own trailer: nothing sits on site, but a paid worker leaves the job for every dump run. You pay for gas, fees and that labor time.
Haul-away: nothing sits on site and we take it to the dump. You pay for the volume we haul.
A lot of contractors use both. Dumpster for demo and framing, then us for the final cleanup before walkthrough.
What we haul and what we don't
We take normal, non-hazardous construction and demo debris:
Drywall scraps and offcuts
Lumber, trim and pallets
Flooring, carpet and pad
Cabinets, countertops and fixtures
Doors, windows and old siding
Fencing, decking and sheds from light demolition
Cardboard, packaging and general job-site trash
More detail is on our construction debris page.
Watch out: we don't take hazardous materials. That includes anything with asbestos, paint, solvents, liquid adhesives, fuel, oil and other chemicals. On older Treasure Valley homes, get suspect materials tested before demo starts.
Some items aren't hazardous but need special handling. Some items like tires and fridges can carry a small added fee. Same for freezers and AC units. We put it in the estimate.
Where the debris goes
It depends on the county. That changes drive time and cost.
County | Cities | Public facility |
|---|---|---|
Ada | Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Garden City, most of Star | Ada County Landfill, Seaman's Gulch Rd. |
Canyon | Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, part of Star | Pickles Butte Sanitary Landfill, south of Nampa |
Gem | Emmett | Jackass Gulch (JAG) Transfer Station |
Elmore | Mountain Home | Bennett Road Transfer Station and Landfill, I-84 Exit 99 |
A few details worth knowing:
The Ada County Landfill, northwest of Boise, has a separate area for scrap metal and some other recyclables.
Pickles Butte is county-owned, at Missouri Ave. and Perch Rd.
At the JAG Transfer Station, most trash is trucked on to a landfill in Payette County.
Bennett Road takes construction and demo debris.
Each one sets its own fees, rules and hours, and they change. Check with them if you're hauling it yourself. When we haul it, disposal is part of your written estimate.
Before anything goes to the dump, we pull out what's still usable. Clean lumber, fixtures and cabinets go to donation or reuse when we can, and metal goes to recycling.
Paperwork and payment
Invoicing and payment
You don't want to run a card at the end of every job. We set up commercial and contractor accounts with invoicing. The bill goes through your normal payables and you can charge it to the right project.
We invoice you after the job with an online invoice. We accept cash, check, ACH bank transfer, and major cards, and the price is the same however you pay.
Written estimates
Every job gets a written estimate before we start. That makes it easy to approve, or to pass along to your client.
Commercial pricing
Commercial and contractor jobs are priced per load. What's in the pile matters. Heavy stuff like drywall and tile costs more at the scale than light, bulky stuff. Send photos and the job address, and we'll give you a written estimate before we start.
For smaller remodels billed to the homeowner, our regular residential prices apply:
Load size | Price |
|---|---|
Minimum | $149 |
1/4 load | $279 |
1/2 load | $399 |
3/4 load | $499 |
Full load | $599 |
*Contractor and commercial pricing will vary.
How to make pickups faster and cheaper
Pile debris in one spot near where the truck can park. A garage bay or the edge of the driveway works.
Keep hazardous stuff out of the pile. Paint cans, solvent jugs and anything suspect stay separate.
Break down the cardboard. It fills a truck fast.
Schedule around milestones. One pickup before drywall, one before flooring and one before walkthrough keeps the site clean without a dumpster sitting out for weeks.
Send photos so the estimate is right.
We do same-day and next-day pickups when the schedule allows. That helps when a walkthrough gets moved up. If anything on site gets damaged during a pickup, report it within 48 hours and we'll look at it with you.
