Pricing
Price is the first thing people ask us about. It should be. This post lays out our real numbers, how we figure a load, and what moves the price up or down.
Quick answer
Our minimum pickup is $149. A full truck is $599.
We price by how much room your stuff takes in the truck. We don't charge by the hour or by the item.
Most single items fall under the $149 minimum.
You get a written estimate before we start.
Contractor and commercial pricing varies. Ask for an estimate.
Our prices
Load size | Price |
|---|---|
Minimum pickup | $149 |
1/4 load | $279 |
1/2 load | $399 |
3/4 load | $499 |
Full load | $599 |
*Contractor and commercial pricing will vary.
The $149 minimum covers small jobs. Think one mattress, one old couch, or a handful of boxes. From there it goes up in quarter loads. A full load means the truck is packed.
These prices are the same in the North End, on the Bench, or out in Southeast Boise. They're the same in Meridian, Nampa and the rest of the areas we cover.
What common Boise jobs tend to run
Every job is different. These are rough examples, not quotes. Your written estimate is the number that counts.
Job | Load | Price |
|---|---|---|
One item (couch, mattress) | Minimum | $149 |
A few big pieces | About 1/4 | $279 |
One-car garage | 1/4 to 1/2 | $279 to $399 |
Bathroom remodel debris | About 1/2 | $399 |
Whole house or estate | Full or more | $599 and up |
*Contractor and commercial pricing will vary.
Older homes in the North End and East End usually hold more than people think. Full basements, attics, and sheds out back add up. If you're clearing a whole house there, plan for the high end.
How we price a load
We look at how much of the truck your stuff will fill. One recliner and a whole estate get priced the same way, so it stays fair.
That price covers the work:
We carry everything out of the house, garage or yard.
We load it and sweep up.
We haul it off and send usable things to donation when we can.
You don't need to borrow a trailer or spend your Saturday at the landfill.
What changes the price
Space
This is the big one. Bulky stuff like sectionals, recliners and box springs eats up truck space fast. Breaking down boxes and bagging loose clutter before we show up helps.
Items that need special handling
Some items like tires and fridges can carry a small added fee. Same goes for freezers and AC units, because of the refrigerant. We put it in the estimate, so it's not a surprise later.
Hazardous stuff
Watch out: we don't take hazardous waste. That means paint, chemicals, solvents, fuel, oil, pesticides, asbestos and medical waste. Ada County runs a household hazardous waste drop-off at the county landfill. Set those things aside before we get there.
Contractor and commercial work
Contractor and commercial jobs are priced separately. We can invoice your account. See our contractor page or ask for an estimate.
Doing it yourself vs. hiring us
Sometimes doing it yourself is cheaper. If you have a truck and one load, go for it. Just count the real cost first. For most of Boise, the public landfill is the Ada County Landfill on Seaman's Gulch Road.
Task | Doing it yourself | Hiring us |
|---|---|---|
Truck or trailer | Yours, rented or borrowed | Ours |
Heavy lifting | You and your helpers | Our crew |
Landfill trip | Your gas and time | Included |
Landfill fees | You pay, plus extra for some items | Included in the load price |
Donations | Up to you | We set aside what's still good |
Best for | One small load you can lift | Garages, basements, heavy items |
Special items like fridges are listed in your estimate. For one small load, DIY can make sense. For a garage, a basement, or anything heavy, having a crew load it all at once usually saves time.
How to keep the cost down
Pull out anything you want to sell or give away yourself.
Put everything in one spot if you can do it safely. The garage or driveway works.
Send us clear photos so the estimate matches the job.
Do it all in one trip. The garage and basement together usually cost less than two pickups.
Let us donate what's still good. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation when we can, not the landfill.
How the estimate works
Every customer gets a written estimate before we start.

We give you a price based on load size.
On pickup day we confirm the price before we load anything.
You don't have to be home if the items are easy to reach and the job is prepaid or set up ahead of time. We do same-day and next-day pickups when the schedule allows. We invoice you after the job with an online invoice. We accept cash, check, ACH bank transfer, and major cards, and the price is the same however you pay.
